I attract women and men who know there is more to life than just pushing through the chaos of life and who desire a change through self-discovery and better self-care. I help empower my clients by teaching simple, daily lifestyle strategies that will lead them to a healthier life and a spunkier mind and spirit. Our health is a complex ecosystem made up of 5 interrelated components: nutrition, digestion, stress, exercise, and sleep. I guide my clients and members through a 12-week journey to learn more about their unique ecosystem and find ways to nourish, grow, and heal.
Based in Mid-Michigan, I am a Yoga Health Coach, and am the founder of For the Health of It. I am a registered yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance and certified through Ombodies in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan, and am a fitness instructor and fitness enthusiast. I am a plant-based lifestyle advocate with a certification from eCornell in Plant Based Nutrition which is at the core of my teachings and coaching.
Susan joined my 4-week course in plant-based nutrition in January, and then shortly after, she joined my signature program, Healthy Habits, a 12-week journey that dives deep into the 5 components of health; nutrition, digestion, stress, exercise, and sleep. Susan's entire life has changed as a result of the evolution she experienced during our months of working together. She's lost nearly 40 pounds, her cholesterol level is lower by 50 points, and she and her husband are both enjoying better health that directly relates to the habits she developed in the two courses.
