I love to help mothers and caregivers (health/wellness professionals, educators etc) commit to self care for vital health renewal and empower their service to families and community.

I am a registered nurse with a masters degree in health education and passion for helping people self manage daily habits which brings about positive change in their lives to address mental, emotional and physical imbalance.

I enjoy combining my health background with my yoga teacher qualifications to provide students with a holistic approach on and off the mat. I am a Mindful Mamas facilitator and I enjoy building a tribe in my community to nourish women and hold space for inter-generational peer support.

A common theme for my health coaching clients is uncovering the value of self worth through introducing and refining daily habits which are more aligned with their personal desires. Mothers and caregivers are champions at putting everyone else first and often neglecting their own needs. Naomi, age 38, mother of two pre-schoolers, had a breakthrough with sustaining more energy throughout the day and having more patience when attending to her children's needs. She was able to reduce the amount of time she stayed up late working and shifted her energy to being more productive during her work hours. In order to be of greater service to her family she realised that prioritizing her rest, she was able to experience the side benefit of having more energy to invest in healthier eating and quality time with her family. Experimenting with the 10 habits helped Naomi realise that she has control over her level of wellbeing and has tapped into a greater potential to thrive.
