I have over 1000 of training in yoga in the styles of Jivamukti, Anusara and Bowspring.
I've been studying with Cate Stillman since 2011 and have accumulated about 500 hours of study in Ayurveda and health coaching. Always a student, I love learning more about optimizing health, creating sustainable change and awake living.
It's continues to amaze me when I see my clients finally sleep through the night after a lifetime of insomnia, or finally lose the 20 pounds they haven't been able to get rid of for 35 years. The habits that I teach transform everything from improving client's diets to empowering them to leave abusive relationships or finally follow their passions. When you align your body with the natural rhythms of nature, you move steadiy towards your potential as a human being. It's truly life-changing.
