I love to help people get light in their bodies and clear in their minds to live a more vibrant life with simple, daily habits that transform how we age, parent, work and show up in our lives.
Since 2001 I have been supporting others in exploring approaches to feeling their best through body, mind and heart-based yoga classes, trainings, mentoring and workshops. I am a registered yoga teacher through the Yoga Alliance and certified through the Anusara School of Hatha Yoga. I hold a Bachelors Degree in Leisure Services and a Masters Degree in Environmental Studies. I have dedicated my life to helping others live a full and authentic life by finding a deeper connection with themselves, their family, friends and the natural environment on a deeper level through yoga and ayurvedic living.
Nancy came to my course as a mother of three, close to retirement and experiencing joint pain along with general physical aches and pains for a years. After week 3 of our 10 week course, she experienced a SIGNIFICANT (~80%) reduction in her joint pain and general aches and pains have disappeared. She continues to integrate the 10 habits and has been experiencing ongoing breakthroughs since her first course.
