If you know that you want to establish better routines to thrive in the body you have right now, than I'm your coach. I love the work of walking with women down the path of healthy living-we can do this together! I will never ask you to do something I am not already doing or haven't already tried. I'm all about living to the fullest in a paradoxical world. If you're the type of person who is inspired to make changes yet don't know where to start or what to do, then let's work together. I'm all about the simple, easeful, and fundamental work of living in a human body.

We might work well together if:

-You want to experience life to it's fullest without the burn-out or hangover

-You desire practical tools for healthy, daily routines that also allows for spontaneity, fun, and celebration of life

-You want to cultivate a holistic body so that they can explode out into the world with vibrancy without getting burnt out.

-You want to continue to develop and grow while staying rooted in the fundamental building blocks of nature-daily rhythm

-You want to walk your own talk

-You're not afraid of your own "Divine Path of Growing Old"

Shinay Tredeau is a certified yoga teacher, yoga health coach, and co-author of Woman Challenge the Lie: 8 Radical Moves to Get Beyond "Never Good Enough." Get the book here. Shinay has been practicing yoga asana since 2003 and teaching since 2007. Known for her energy, passion, and love of the human body. She is inspired by bringing intergenerational groups of people together to practice and explore the art and science of yoga. Shinay is classically trained in ballet, tap, jazz, and modern dance. She spent 17 years studying Flamenco dance and loves Contact Improvisation as a way to take classical technique and use it "in the streets" so to speak. Shinay was also a certified Ballroom dance instructor and for Fred Astaire Dance Studios and continues to teach private dance lessons for singles and couples. I'm grateful for the training I've received over the years to use my physical body as a medium for love, art, and spiritual practice.

Stacey had chronic anxiety. It was so bad she would panic every time she had to leave her house. Stacey was above her optimal body weight and didn't feel comfortable in her skin. She experienced nervous sweats and insomnia for more than a year. She also hadn't had a steady job in two and a half years because she didn't have the stamina for it. Two weeks into our coaching session Stacey called me up and said, "Shinay I just had dinner with 11 people last night and I had a fantastic time! I'm finding it so easy to be myself around others." She has since started seeking interpersonal relationships and really enjoys being social in groups. Stacey started exercising, which previously was not part of her life in any way, for 20 minutes every day and told me that she enjoyed it. "I feel strong and capable for the first time in a long time." She lost nine pounds in two weeks and shifted her identity from a "night owl" to a morning person with new-found levels of energy. She's also reported being able to do her job better without her usual back pain and described the sensation of "falling in love" with her body.
