I love to help those who want to uplevel their health, energy and mood. My clients are curious, caring and ready to step in to a community that is forward thinking and supportive. Some of them are overwhelmed and managing anxiety and depression. Others are navigating physical health issues. My clients are of all ages and from many backgrounds. Our common thread- we want to evolve, grow, and show up in the world from a place that is healthy, centred and grounded. And we are game to be in community with others who want to do the same.

I have worked for many years with clients with chronic health conditions. A Certified Yoga Health Coach, yoga studio owner and yoga teacher, I am also a health professional who worked in the traditional medical system as an occupational therapist. I have a degree in biochemistry, personal experience with injuries and and illness, and life experience as a mom, athlete and community builder. I love learning and sharing.

My client has been exploring self care for many years- but she had not been able to move into a set of daily routines that really served her. With a history of mood, food and addiction challenges and a typical bedtime of 2am she was struggling to really find ground as she developed a new business. Through our work together she was able to learn how to create daily habits that were nourishing. Learning how to recognize what she needed and when- and what to do about it- resulted in a complete shift in what her days look like. Sitting to eat lunch, going to bed by 10pm, and taking time off when she felt overloaded and overwhelmed became the norm for her. She continues to work with me in our habit evolving course, using healthy eating, sleep, meditation and daily self care as the base of her unlevelled physical and mental health.
