I love to help people have a relaxed relationship with life. Through tiny changes you'll learn how to make daily self-care simple, doable and FUN. You'll think more clearly, make better choices, feel a deeper connection to your body, and experience greater depth (sense of purpose) in your day-to-day life. In a nutshell: I support you to become a little better everyday!

I've been teaching yoga and meditation since 2008. I hold a 500hr RYT Yoga Teacher's Training certificate, Yoga Nidra Level 1& 2 as well as being P.L.A.Y Children's Teacher Training qualified. My yoga training and development has been with Ashram Yoga New Zealand. In 2019 I became a certified Ayurveda & Yoga Health Coach with Yoga Healer International.

Together with Ayurveda and modern day behavioral science, I guide and support you into deeper alignment with nature's rhythm. To experience deeper rest, more energy, optimal digestion and more calm. I help you get your body working smarter not harder.

I lead workshops, specialty courses, group classes and individuals.
I'm all about making yoga, meditation and Ayurveda accessible and am passionate about helping others to be the best version of themselves - on and off the mat.

Becs it's been a real blessing for me doing your lovely course. As I mentioned before we started, I had embarked on a healing journey of my own of the psychological kind just prior to starting this one, two weeks into it my guide had to pull out due to a family tragedy leaving me feeling pretty vulnerable given my rawness and readiness to do the work.
Good Change has actually been a lovely wee anchor for me and at times been quite emotional as a lot of these habits were the natural rhythm of my life once. There's been some quite profound wee moments like James Clears chart The Plateau of Latent Potential...this spoke to me on several levels..I've spent way to much time in the Valley of Disappointment in my life, yet I am beginning to see clearer again and deepening in my knowing that that time has not been wasted. I'm walking most days. I'm eating Healthy food again I'm eating earlier, lighter.I'm doing yoga at least twice a week in my studio. I've planted my vege garden. I'm massaging coconut oil into my very dry skin. But mostly I'm being kinder to myself and my process. The concept of Kaizen has been very humbling and lifechanging for me. Small steps...1% movement daily. Thank you for all the many hours you have put into bringing this material to us, your community. Blessings and love
