I am a Yoga Health Coach in training and a mom of two beautiful children, ages 6 and 3. I have a lifelong passion with holistic health, including studies and explorations in dance/art therapy, somatic psychology, physical therapy, practicing and teaching yoga, and the healing wisdom of Ayurveda.
