Principles of Energy Conversion

Once you realize your body is pliable and integrated when you feel great, you want to enhance that pliability and integration. Getting your nutrients (a.k.a. food) through a liquid medium starts to become a higher priority. Why? Because your body is a liquid medium. Theenergy required to convert solid foods (meat, cheese, grains) into a liquid medium takes effortand energy. Your awake, vibrantly healthy self starts to consciously and unconsciously decide to use this effort and energy towards higher aspirations than using your energy to deal with digesting heavy food on a daily basis.

A High Energy Diet

What does a surplus of energy/vitality enable for you? Imagine you have a few more hours in the day. Imagine a mind that hums without caffeination. Imagine a body that isn’t carrying extra waste from storing partially digested food. (It’s kind of gross, isn’t it?)

Optimal Weight

When we store weight, we store waste. Ayurveda explains how this waste being stored in the tissues (dhatus) of the body affect the quality of tissue (quality of your lymph, your blood, your muscle, your fat.. and on down the line). When we store waste we create a weakness of body integrity. Solid foods are easier to both overeat, and harder to digest. Solid foods become waste more easily than liquid nutrients.

High Speed Blenders

The high speed blender is essential for a sustainable optimal energy diet. Without investing in a blender, you won’t achieve the texture and flavor that makes this way of nutrifying your body so tasty.

I LOVE my blender.  I use it about twice a day. Smoothies for breakfast, raw soups for dinner. My kid learned to read the numbers 1-4 on our Blendtec while making her (and everyone else’s) green smoothies.

We also make our chocolate truffles in the blender, as well as sauces, salad dressing, hummus, and nut milks. The texture you can achieve with a high speed blender makes it only a matter of time for those really interested in a living foods experience in their body.
